Frederico Fernandes Silva, trading as BOND Human Development Institute (“BOND”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides private coaching and educational services for men and is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you interact with BOND, we may collect information including:

• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or submitting a lead form
• Information relating to your enquiry about BOND coaching services

When you submit information through a Meta Instant Form, Meta may pre-fill certain information from your Meta account before transmitting the submitted information to BOND.

Submitting an enquiry does not obligate you to purchase any BOND service.

4. TELEPHONE AND EMAIL CONTACT
If you submit your telephone number or email address while requesting information from BOND, we may use those details to respond to that request, including contacting you by telephone or email.
We do not interpret submission of a lead form as consent to unrelated automated marketing calls, automated SMS campaigns or recurring promotional messaging unless separate consent is obtained where required.
5. META AND ADVERTISING
BOND may use Meta technologies, including Facebook and Instagram advertising, Meta Instant Forms and the Meta Pixel.
Meta separately processes information under its own terms and privacy policies.
We may use advertising and analytics information to understand campaign performance, website visits and actions taken after interacting with BOND advertising.
6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate BOND, such as:
• Website hosting and technology providers

• Scheduling or video-call providers

BOND services and advertising are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our lead-generation campaigns.
